I'm a dcc tenant and had to let these…
I'm a dcc tenant and had to let these guys come in and ruin a working boiler and left me without heating ,or hot water for over a week now .the coldest week of the year ,as to why I'm awake at this hour? well it's so cold here how could you sleep. Dcc and gaswise don't care about their tenant or customers ,how could they if they are willing to forget and leave a disabled person with no heat or hot water !! Not happy

The process was very clear and made so easy and was solved unexpectedly quick by phoebe at prepay, if only all problems like mine were dealt with so well and speedy. My mind is at rest now after the help I got sorted out a compli ated mix up with emails and pH numbers ,100% satisfied thank u 👍🏻
