I very much appreciated the rapid (within minutes) and courteous response to my email expressing a problem with a product, as well as the clear instructions for how to document the problem. Subsequent emails informing me of the progress being made were reassuring. I received a replacement product the very next day, and was pleased with Arpita and Team's thoroughness and consideration in asking me if it worked well. It did, and does.

ViaScreens' customer support is exemplary. When I enquired about a screen protector for a laptop not listed on their website, they immediately offered to add my device to their catalogue. Once they had done so, I ordered a matte screen protector. When it arrived, it didn't quite cover the entire screen area, leaving a margin noticeable on the photograph they requested and I supplied. They enlarged the dimensions and offered me a replacement at no extra charge. It fits perfectly. I'm thoroughly pleased with their response every step of the way. I can't imagine better service.
