Smood takes your order on the…
Smood takes your order on the assumption that you will get your order and then systematically post delays to your order. The problem is never with the restaurant creating the order but with the Smood delivery people.
I will not use Smood again but go directly to the restaurants. I do not recommend Smood.

False advertising
I have purchased in good faith a product that was labeled with a photograph with CBD . When I arrived the product was without CBD. I asked for a refund and the company refused to take responsibility for the false advertising and refused to refund the purchase.
Bating customers with images of products they dont have and refusing to refund is the practice here.

Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed your case. We are sorry you had a bad experience. The product you purchased always clearly stated in the product description and in the title that this product does not contain CBD. Also, out of 7 pictures, 6 were correct. Unfortunately, one picture from the manufacturer has crept in, which was wrong. We have deleted this immediately. Since we have clearly pointed out everywhere that this product does not contain CBD and we can not take back opened care products for hygienic reasons, we have taken here also you as a customer in the responsibility. We hope for your understanding.
We also noticed that you have purchased from us several times in the past year, which leads us to believe that your experience with us was not as bad as you write in this review after all. Let us know if you have any questions, our team is happy to help.
