Alamo at Chania, Crete.
Returned car. Charged £209 for almost imperceptible ‘scratch’ on bonnet. No idea how it got there.
Charge is ‘company policy’.
Could’ve removed myself with a proprietary polish!
Felt like a scam.
Never again Alamo.

As brokers Zest did a good job. However the rental company charged a very large amount for exceptionally minor ‘damage’ which spoilt the experience

My car collected from Bristol Airport Silver Zone.
-Sat Nav case missing
-One side of car and bumper plastered with mud, clearly the result of the car being in motion
-Radio tampered with
-Cruise control tampered with.
Very concerned and irritated at this lack of care for a customers car left in their care.
