I ordered a pair of shoes which did not…

I ordered a pair of shoes which did not fit so needed to return to them. 3 weeks on I have had no acknowledgment of my goods being returned nor have I had my payment returned.
I've just received a response to my review via TrustPilot. It would be good to receive an email to acknowledge that the return goods had been received and a refund was being processed. I received no email response. It looks like your return process needs reviewing. Thanks for the response.

The P Line ebike is everything we were…

The P Line ebike is everything we were hoping it would be. Easy to assemble, a joy to ride, and easily fits into our car boot. This little bike is a joy to ride and will be put to good use! :)
