Experienced slow and intermittent…

Experienced slow and intermittent connection. Raised a ticket and it took tangerine a week before they contacted me. I'd decided to change isps before they got around to contacting me.
Very poor customer support.

One of the best call centres to deal with

One of the best call centre people I have dealt with in recent years. Bhrigette was very helpful and explained everything. She understood my convoluted email address on the first try which almost never happens.
Full marks to her.
