The customer service was very attentive and recognized the experience I had with the product. I like the product but overpriced because it was overly packaged not good with the environment not sustainable.

Visited Longo’s Meadowvale location morning- staff was very attentive. Ask a Jatin (stock clerk) while stocking front shelves “where to get a cart from inside the store” he responded “Not to worry, he will get it for me” while I transfer my groceries from basket to cart “he mentioned I will return the basket for you”
Kasey (customer relations) - I ask to get a new membership - she ask if I was a member before, I said yes and mentioned I lost my card, she was kind and friendly was able to transfer info into my new card.
After purchasing more than expected, from sushi bar to fruits and vegetables the display was very clean and organized.
When we stepped outside to reach out vehicle one personnel rushed out Michael to point out that there was a broken bottle at parking lot (it was cleared earlier) but be very careful and drive forward not to drive while the finished cleaning the affected area.
