The company forced all of us to take personal customer information or face penalties on our reviews or worse. the company never does full investigations of missing cash or payments and simply blames it on on cashiers when it is higher ups stealing or IT glitches.

I was one of many employees fired by Matt Shea fior questionablee reasons after i reported theft. turns out Matt Shea was giving many thousands of dollars of free product to a contractor John Marino in return for Marino selling him real estate at 25 cents on the dollar. Actual legalk records were provided to corp and HQ and they ignored the conflict of interest. Matt stills works for the company and was an AP manager who knows how to hide the theft from the company. many employees lost their 401ks.

I worked for this company and they switched mileage reimbursement and timekeeping software that soon showed they were designed to skim work hours and mileage to shortchange employees. They also lie about hiring wages on Indeed. This is one of the most corrupt and abusive companies that skirt DOL oversight becuase most of their workers work away from where the corp HQ is in Florida

ARAG in New Hampshire did not have any atyorneys that could deal with a landlord tenant issue where i am the tenant and the landlord was not rpoviding heat and hot water per the leases.I had the premium plan. This organization is horrible and every attorney i dealt with was very rude.
