It felt like a really personalised experience talking to Gabriella about how I could change my clogs to a smaller size. I love that you can donate them as an option to support your local charity and I'm looking forward to getting my new clogs soon.

Can't rave enough about my new shutters! What a difference they have made. The initial sales visit and follow up measurements were done promptly, with the only downside being the long wait for the shutters to be made and shipped. Installation was a breeze with Alex clearly a pro and his Dad there to support and tidy away the packaging. We can definitely feel the difference in temperature with the shutters closed, and I love the privacy option that still lets enough light in to do computer work. The cat is slightly miffed that his window ledge above his favourite radiator is slightly narrower, but even he is a fan overall.

I recently ordered a black A2 (42 x 59.4 cm) frame and instead received a white 50 x 70 cm frame. Excellent next day delivery but still waiting for someone to contact me almost two weeks later to sort out this out.
