We had an issue with the booking system a month back and were put in touch with Jon from customer service. Jon was an absolute star. Right from the outset he was responsive, efficient and resolved our issue in the most satisfactory of ways possible given the multiple parties involved. Importantly, Jon replied quickly and stayed in regular contact with us until the issue had been resolved. If all issues are dealt with as efficiently and painlessly at Skyscanner as Jon has dealt with ours, then kudos! He is a great advert for the Skyscanner customer service team.
