After watching BWFC at the Toughsheet stadium and going for a meal I returned to my car at 7.15pm to find both parking machines not working. The telephone number provided only gives you a website to report a faulty machine. It was almost dark, raining and only one other car on the car park. I was anxious I would face a fine. How do you prove its not working? Fortunately a family passed and informed me there is another machine located near the club shop. This is not visible from the car park. The website is almost exclusively geared to collecting money for their clients. The customer service for motorists wanting to pay is non existent. Maybe that's what they want so they can fine more people. I rarely park on this car park but have heard similar stories of customers being fined. Come on BWFC sack these charlatans and commission a more reputable company

I have used leafletfrog on a number of occasions for a voluntary organisation i am involved with. Their prompt service and reliable delivery times is reassuring when working to a deadline.
