I had used Buhl for my taxes 2021. I did not sign up for a yearly renewal, nor did I use the software for my 2022 taxes. Yet, still, they charged me for a second year. Unfortunately, I had moved out of the country and did not receive any of the Mail. Instead of contacting me via email, they proceeded to get another company involved to collect the "debt"of a second year. This "debt" now had increased over a few month until I got the old letters from my past landlord. Now I suddenly owed them twice the amount of the second year.
Again, a second year that I had not subscribed to. This is absurd.
Long story short, the software is easy to use and helps, but the company is a scam an uses tricks like these to get their money. Communication is also a 1/5 as they did not contact me via email once

I ordered a lense and a teleconverter...
After they rejected my visa card for no reason and promised they would keep the products off the shelfs and send me a paypal invoice. Well they did after 1.5 weeks of waiting, only for the invoice to state 0$. When I called to get things sorted the employe promised to get back to me the next day to get everything sorted. One week later I called again after them not getting back to me, only to be told that they are sorry and the items have been sold to someone else and there is nothing they ca do except a 10% off the next purchase.
Well a 10% off i can get on sales when I buy the items anyway. Also, the Items I needed are no longer in stock...
