Really disappointed that it arrived and manifested into the GTS Morwell depot two weeks ago and sat there. It took two online investigation requests before the depot finally called to say they do not deliver to my area. I offered to pick it up from the depot, which I did within the hour. There was no apology, no happy employee face, no thanks for using your service, nor thanks for picking it up.
