Absolutely shocking parcel supposedly delivered I was in all day plus cctv to prove no such delivery.given run around by so called web chat,lied to and cut off. With the proof I have plus one other customer in same village with same problem on same day it only remains to think that this is theft and I have reported it to the police as such. I will never buy anything again when yodel is the courier. And on top of this they reply with the response below and you do as they ask and hear absolutely nothing back so no they don’t want to help with the matter.

Nice worktops and friendly delivery drivers only niggle I have is the large worktop had 5mm on the end that had no laminate which would have been a disaster had I not spotted it before cutting to length.
