THE MOST APPALLLING MOVING EXPERIENCE with COMPLETE unprofessional during the whole ordeal...they rang me multiple times to try and lock in my business...eventually I agreed after recieving several quotes and was rung by Danny to confirm that my good would be collected from collection house inbetween 3pm and 4pm Wednesday and would be delivered to mh drip off point in nsw ( 5 hours way) ON THE SAME DAY.
I proceeded to drive 5 hours to my new house and waited for delivery. 3pm comes...4 pm comes...5 om comes...6pm comes...no phone call..no text.. no nothing.
I had to call several numbers to get into someone. No one seemed to know anything what was going on. Long story. They said rhey cant deliver tonight as 'drivers cant drive longer than 3 hours !
I was left in my new house...with no furniture. Not fridge...no couch. No bed ! Literally nothing. As i had been told by Danny the day before that it would be same day delivery...
After about 20 calls to 5 differnt people I ended up sleeping wrapped up in a blanket in the cold wooden floor ! I had to call off work thr next day so missed out on a days wages and a whole lot of sleep...
I got a text at 10.20pm that night advising the drivers that they would be at my new home at 5am -6am...
I woke up 7.20am...still no drivers...no message...no phone call...I had to then call the company who got a hold of thr driver to day they were 20 mins away...40 mins later they eventually turn up....offering excuses as as to why the truck was late..
NOT GOOD ENOUGH ! THE MOST PATHETIC and UNPROFESSIONAl SERVICE I have ever received..
As well as the complete incompetency of the team i truly did not appreciate hearing men sneering ans laughing in the background whilst I was on the phone to people in your company.. very condensing.. telling me to relax... EXCUSE ME . I HAD NO BED to sleep on

Moving is hard enough without having to make a million phone calls...to several people and none of them seemingly not knowing anything about what's happening. Not having a fridge...furniture and bed and mattress in your first night in your new place is a total nightmare and losing a days pay because you cant attend work is seriously not worth it. Stay well away from this company. They are bad news
