Try a different provider
I kept getting emails with the wrong information on them saying I hadn't completed parts I had completed. I had to redo my profile about 6 times. It took ages for things to get assessed. It was just way harder and took long than it should have

RSA gets an SA.
As a TAE qualified professional with many years of training experience, I can say this course was “satisfactory”. The courseware was adequate, but the submission interface was problematic. I had to submit the four “practical” assessments twice to get them completed.
After the first round of submissions, it took days to get confirmation that they had NOT uploaded. Online support was vague in its communication and not what I would call “supportive”.
That being said, it got the job done. Which is the baseline for any RTO.
So it gets three stars for being “just average”.

there're over 15 lessons and 80 questions
I learned how important it is to refuse service to intoxicated people and how to do so appropriately.
The course itself was great, and it reinforced the key lessons throughout the training.
One thing I wish the course had shown was my overall progress—specifically, how many lessons and questions were left. The course included more than 80 questions and 15 lessons, but at the beginning I thought there were only about 20 questions. Not knowing how much was left made it harder to stay motivated because I didn't have a clear sense of the goal.
