Easy experience
Easy to find what I wanted on the website, easy to sort delivery and installation. The delivery/instal team were very professional ... although they didn't check the inside of the dishwasher before they put it on to its initial wash as I found the instruction manual inside once it was done ... fortunately it was in a sealed plastic wrapper so fingers crossed no damage done to it or the machine!

Easy
Easy to find what I wanted, easy to purchase, easy to set up delivery. Delivery driver/installer kept me posted on time of arrival. Delivery and installation very smooth. Only slight hitch - no manual with the dishwasher, which they didn't think was right so I'll have to get in touch with customer service - but only a minor issue.

LW Gas - exemplary service
LW Gas stepped in to help us with a boiler problem - the Gas Safe engineer who originally installed it has consistently failed to respond/help. They fitted us in at very short notice in the busy pre-Christmas period and did their best to help. Cannot fault their service, attention, effort. Had used them previously at another property and now won't consider using any other company when it comes to anything gas-related in our home. They really do want to do the very best job.
