Worse than poor, do not use - kept us waiting, demanded cash at the drop off, waited an hour for the return, terrible customer service, unprofessional and utterly useless, chaotic and poor - do not use!

Incapable of delivering to the correct…
Incapable of delivering to the correct address despite several messages and a customer service department who dont care about finding the lost parcel..edit. A second order was also sent to the wrong address. Despite me being in touch with customer service about the first order. Delivery with Amazon who have i correctly delivered 3 times now! Whilst my actual Amazon orders arrive at tue right place - motel rocks in capable. I wont be ordering from you again if you cant be bothered to fix this!

I can see that you reached out to the customer service team who advised that they would raise an investigation but you located the package before this was needed.

Nice cold Ice cold milk delivery!! ******
Brilliant! Fresh milk delivered by our lovely milkman twice a week in lovley glass bottles! I had forgotten how tasty and cold the milk stays in them and good for the environment. Plus you can order any extras up to 9pm the day before. Really love this service and can whole heartedly recommend! 🥛🥛🥛🥛🥛🥛💕
