IgE test Produced lots of False Positives
I have purchased a food reaction test from YorkTest, which tests IgE levels. I was surprised when I received results with IgE match against many foods I eat every day. I never had a visible food allergy; however, I wanted to see if I had any hidden allergies that created inflammation in my body. The test showed that I have a significant allergy to wheat, soy, rice, tomato, carrots and all nuts. I didn't believe those tests, and I conducted more sensitive and accurate tests using the ALEX 2 method in my country, which showed that I don't have an allergy to these foods.
Additionally, I conducted another test for rice using a highly sensitive and reliable method called ImmonoCup, which came back negative for food allergy. After sending in the results of my other tests, YorkTest refused to refund me the money and began gaslighting me, claiming I had avoided those foods. They argued that their lab is certified, but they failed to demonstrate that their tests are accurate; they also refused to disclose the method they used. They finally refunded the money, but it took time. They are a very unethical company. I wouldn't recommend their food allergy test as they don't use a transparent process that creates reliable and accurate results.

IgE Test Produced lots of False Positives
I have purchased a food reaction test from Cerascreen, which tests IgE and IgG levels. I was surprised when I received results with IgE match against many foods I eat every day. I never had a visible food allergy; however, I wanted to see if I had any hidden allergies that created inflammation in my body. The test showed that I have a significant allergy to wheat, soy, tomato, carrots and all nuts. I didn't believe those tests, and I conducted more sensitive and accurate tests using the ALEX 2 method in my country, which showed that I don't have an allergy to these foods. Good that Cerascreen gave me a refund; however, they showed no action in improving their tests, which produce false positives. I wouldn't recommend their food allergy test as they don't use a method that creates reliable and accurate results.

Maltodextrin as ingredient
I had the protein drink chocolate, which was excellent in taste, however, I have noticed one of the ingredients is maltodextrin. This ingredient should not be in a healthy drink as it is highly processed sugar, and it will spike your sugar levels more than ordinary sugar in the blood, thus the drink made me hungry quickly.
