Completed on date/time given. Only issue was I was told engineer would contact me on the date of installation before arrival, which they didn't do. Installation went fine and was up and running straight away

I’ve just completed my PADI Divemaster training with Diveworld and I’m absolutely buzzing about the whole experience. From day one, Steve and Louise created an environment that’s welcoming, motivating and genuinely exciting to be part of. A challenging and tiring couple of days but a good learning experience. Steve delivered the course to his usual high standards and assisted by Ellie and Chris, together they made the experience fun whilst providing a great level of training.

I contacted Diveworld in February when I realised the holiday I was going on in March had the option of free scuba diving and decided I was going to get my Open Water. From the first contact, Louise has been so friendly and her enthusiasm for diving shines through. Her knowledge and experience are vast and she talked me through the options I had for doing my OW. I did my classroom training with Louise and my confined water with Steve, both of whom were fantastic and delivered a professional service which prepared me well for completing my OW referral whilst on holiday. My one regret is not having the time to do the OW dives in the UK with Diveworld. Even though the training school I used abroad was a 5 star gold training centre, their quality of training just isn’t anywhere near what Diveworld offer. I would now never do any scuba training with anyone apart from Diveworld. In fact, I’ve just done a weekend of training with them at Capernwray with Brad and Steve and completed my Dry Suit, PPB and DSMB speciality dives. Brad was an excellent trainer, he explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions, including some probably stupid ones 😉. I’m now looking to getting some practice weekends in with them, before moving onto the Deep Dive and Navigation courses.

Card nearing expiry date three months, but can't use it to book hotels etc that take place after this date. Rang to ask for a new card to be issued with a new expiry date and this isn't possible. Advice is to wait until month before (two months away) and then ring back to ask for a new card, because apparently they can only issue a new card with a new date one month before expiry. So either got to wait to book any holidays or apply for a card with another provider. Guess which option I'll be going with

Great service. After placing order I received a phone call to discuss my needs to make sure that I had ordered the correct mattress. I ordered my first mattress from John Ryan and was happy enough with the service and mattress that I ordered another one four our spare room. I have called them to ask questions about products and the team have always been friendly and extremely helpful

Items arrived to timescale and was well packaged. Great customer service. There was a light issue on one of the doors of the unit, which was a slight manufacturing defect and not Oakworld's fault. However customer services replied promptly once raised with them. I was offered the options of a replacement or a partial refund, so can't fault the service as it was resolved to my satisfaction.

Had water coming through ceiling on Tuesday evening and earliest I could get appointment was Friday. Had no hot water or heating for 3 days. Engineer when he got there was very good and explained everything well

Had an issue where the tyres I had ordered didn't arrive in time for my fitting appointment, but the guys in the local store sorted me out so I didn't have to come back another day.
