Customer service was excellent. Shoehorn rang me up within hours of placing my order to inform me that they checked the shoes before sending and there was a small manufacturing flaw in the only pair remaining in my size. They were so honest, friendly and very obliging about changing my original order. Replacement shoes that I chose arrived in perfect condition! I was so impressed by their attention to detail, honesty and helpfulness.
