Easy booking procedure but having Ryanair cancel the flights and having to rebook with them was a pain. This is standard procedure for loveholiday bookings apparently. That needs changing

Terrible customer service..i paid £10 to have item delivered on a specific day but it was sent on a completely different day and left somewhere else so I had to collect it myself. Spoke to customer services before I ordered to make sure it would have a 3 pin plug included as id read this company only provided items with 2 pin plugs. I was assured it would have everything I needed but on opening I found only 2pin plugs which are useless. Ended up having to buy adaptors before being able to use. Would never buy from this company again...

Due to traffic it can happen that shipments are delayed. We apologize for this. Concerning the adapter plug. We deliver this as standard with our packages. Take a good look in the corners of the box. Sometimes it disappears through the filling of the parcel. If you still cannot find the adapter and would like to have it, please contact us.
