I was not realising the date and it…

I was not realising the date and it approached my mothers birthday.

I quickly found a card, placed an order but it stated it would arrive a day later than her birthday.

Had i bought a card in germany where i live and sent it via Deutsche post to Scotland it would have been a month before it arrived.

Anyway, by luck it actually arrived the day of her birthday so moonpig really saved me there big time.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service

Great prices on the Lego they sold

All sealed new and not resealed returns with missing minifigures which is great and as hoped. (You don't want resealed returns which i have experienced from other shops before when they have sold items as new)

Prices are often below retail

Pro shop has been selling some decent…

Pro shop has been selling some decent lego products, the recent puchase i made was on May 4th promo period so the prices were about 20% off from what they normally were. However compared to retail price these prices were already slightly lower than Lego retail prices already so it was as such a double discount already.

Dispatch of items is very fast, delivery of course is up to the courier but is usually very fast 1-2 days from placing the order.

Condition was as expected, sealed lego products and new, not someones resealed return with no minifigs so perfect is the score.

If they keep this up they will maintain a good service which i have strict standards for in germany but the best part is they have someone who speaks english, a requirement many shops in Germany lack as it's an international business language and when shopping you are essentially visiting a business and you might not be from Germany and from another country and using a common business langauge helps alot.

Should deserve 1 Star

Should deserve 1 Star. Rude, unfriendly service. I am trusted to hold cards on me to make purchases for my partner as at times she might be at home looking after the little one. So I went there to book in her car (she doesn’t drive but she owns the car and I drive and have to look after it) in for the winter tyres to be changed to the summer tyres. I had to do the car wash as well yet when it came to purchasing fallout remover the guy refused to complete the transaction as it was not my card, I had the car registration documents with me to prove, I told them the reason she was not there and all I got was withdraw cash from the machine. I’m sorry but if I’m entrusted with the card don’t you think I know the pin. It is illegal in the uk to sign for payment as a signature can be forged easily. I had my partner on the phone to confirm it was her card, if this was the UK and I had been sent out to collect a pension for someone (common practice as an old person can’t necessarily walk to where they want to go so they send someone in their place) I would have thrown the book at them. Lazy, bone idle, disrespectful, need to learn manners, impertinent behavior unbecoming of a company that wants customers to generate revenue and in turn profit. Must be the bad attitude and the reason why Germany is in recession and why no one actually would come here on holiday because of service like this is why the country is going down the drain along with the EU and their finances. Lost a customer and the money will continue to lose more according to the reviews let’s just hope the go bust soon. This company is the German version of Halfords which is what we have back in the UK.
