Parcel delivered to the correct postcode which is okay
and expected but left on the garden wall 40 feet from the highly visible front door hidden from view of the front door but very visible to anyone walking on the public footpath immediately adjacent to the wall...having driven to the location and found the house i would have thought the extra 80 feet walk 40 there and back could be made to ensure the package is delivered and not just left for any passerby to pick up POOR in my opinion Postcode is sp8 Dorset

if you are having trouble getting your issue resolved with Adrian Flux - i appreciate your angst - but ask to speak to Samuel. He seems very genuine and WILL get the matter resolved for you as soon as he can and whilst you are on hold he returns to confirm you are content on hold. But the real success is that he gets the matter resolved for you.....which clearly you can tell - was not the case before i reached Samuel...

so Adrian Flux are 3 or 4 stars but Samuel is 5

straightforward on time accurate delivery service that arrives at your address undamaged and not just left randomly near your postcode !!

it was very straight forward to book in the first instance - directions were excellent provided you follow them exactly and do not try to interpret them at all.If you do manage to get in a know one simple telephone call will clear everything up. Absolutely first class in my two experiences

excellent just follow the directions and there it is in front of you with easy access and plenty of space . take a copy of your booking details and dont lose the car park ticket and then when you return get it authenticated and youre off in minutes, but dont get angry with the staff after you have lost the ticket and there is an additional charge (its not their fault you lost it )
highly recommended used them twice in a week with no issues at all
