I read several reviews on here after not receiving my order of several weeks of waiting. Yes they did take a while to deliver, yes they did come in a split package, however I also paid a lot less than other websites. The balloons did eventually come through. The issues that I had I emailed customer services, and they replied very promptly & dealt with the situation almost the next day. With even a partial refund for the issues that I had mentioned.
I was very impressed with the whole customer service & the efficiency of dealing with the situation, therefore I am writing this review to ensure people to not feel put off buying from this site. As you’re saving a huge amount when buying goods from here, just order in advance!!

I will definitely be ordering from them in the future!

Not impressed at all! We travelled 2 hours to come to this show to see 2 basic monster truck & 2 motorbikes! The monster truck just drove round in circles for 15 mins and that was about it. Very poor performance! A monster truck ride was available at an additional price, which was ridiculous!

I expected a range of vehicles, maybe even just on display? For the premium price we paid it to see a poor performance & then pay more for the fair ground around it was disappointing!
Wouldn’t go ever again or recommend to anyone!

If I could score lower than a 1 star rating, I definitely would! The bra does the complete opposite to what it advertises! It’s atrocious!
I’ve got loads of spillage there’s no back support like it suggests, and the material of the bra itself is like paper!

And I forgot to mention it took over a month to bloody arrive! Stick to local reputable brands do not purchase off this company it’s a scam!!

They have some of the loveliest outfits that are modest and affordable! They make a perfect wear for all occasions, you can dress them up or down! Most importantly they fit all sizes, couldn’t recommend them enough..

I am appalled at the flight service! There is always a delay! ALWAYS - not by a few minutes or even a few hours 4-5 hours it’s a bloody joke, on one occasion it was delayed by 12 hours!

On the specific occasion (today) we were told our flight time was brought forward to 2.30pm from 4.30pm. We set off and got here within good time, the flight was boarded at 2.40pm and we were told there was a slight delay with cleaning which was understandable. We board the plane, it’s 3pm and then eventually reaches 3.45 we have still not moved. At 3.50 we’re told there’s a delay and we will have a new departure time of 5.30pm! What a joke!
So we came out early and boarded the plane for no reason, what a waste of time and day TUI is always a let down with their flights!

I recently bought Gucci Slides for my partner, they were priced over £200 which I was reluctant to pay but then the thought of the quality being better than other slides convinced to purchase them.

I gifted them to my partner a month later for his birthday, he was so excited he put them on to his feet immediately and started using them in the home. He explained how he will use them as his indoor slippers.

Within a week, the slippers were so damaged - they looked horrible. They were all scuffed and grazed and looked horrible. You would never think anything so pricey would look be of such poor quality. Baring in mind prior to having the original Gucci my partner would wear replicas on which cost him £10 and lasted him for years without any scuffs marks! I am just so disgusted!

Best part of it all was when we took them to return to flannels they right out refused any Gucci return. They said you have to return Gucci back online they don’t deal with it in store.
So we sent them back to flannels online. Within a day or two I received the exact slippers back saying we can not return them because they are not a manufacturers fault, and therefore is not classed a faulty product!
That’s over £200 in the dustbin. I was highly disappointed with that response after paying a premium price for a ‘premium product’ - it has most certainly put me off Gucci products but also I will not be shopping at flannels again and would never recommend it to anyone else!
