I paid for next day delivery- i have stayed in ALL DAY
i got a text to say will arrive between 3.41 and 5:41 nothing arrived on the tracking app it says carded?? what does that mean? no card has been left and i have not left this house today !!!! I cant get hold of anyone to ask- the app is rubbish -what a horrible company and a waste of a whole day and money
I have not received my delivery or a card to say they delivered- i am so angry their contact number is 7p a minute - I have no idea where my order is or if it will ever be delivered? It’s so frustrating the app says spirit status:carded what does that mean I have revived no card I have been in all day -status type : Exception what does all this mean
They are such liars I will be complaining to trading standards they are not fit for purpose

I ordered my carpet picked my delivery date and it arrived I give designer carpet top marks will be back to order the same carpet for my living room in the next few weeks.
