I clicked on a Facebook ad and signed up for a 5 day trial. I was unable to login to their app despite sending several messages. The replies all acknowledging my problem but doing nothing to actually fix it. Then a week later they charged me for a month. They have over promised, overcharged and do not abide by their own promoted policy of ‘cancel at any time’.
They do not respond to my emails anymore.
My strong recommendation is to avoid MadMuscles because they will make you mad. Update 13 Sept. I was encouraged when they reached out to find out about my complaint but then made me mad again when they didn’t read my response and asked for the same information yet again which I have sent through with gritted teeth.

The car service exceeded my expectations. Leo went above and beyond by picking me up and dropping me off. Normally I usually have to give up my car for the day but Ozsome did it in half the time. The car was cleaned to a brilliant shine, the engine and steering seem to be in perfect condition.
