I never write reviews but felt infuriated by this company. My daughters prom dress arrived and the sizing was highly questionable - the length of the dress was at least a metre too long and she is a tall 15yr old. I requested a refund and then dealt with a very unhelpful Customer Service in China, who were reluctant to offer me a refund and instead kept offering me £10 to have it altered. This dress would have been very difficult to alter and cost far more than £10. If I wanted a refund I had to send the garment back to an address in China at my own expense. The address was just given on an email and all felt highly unprofessional. After lots of back and forth, I agreed to a £30 refund because I could see that I was never going to get the full refund. I would NOT recommend this company as it doesn't feel legitimate and would steer clear as the sizing is off and they don't care about your consumer rights.

The bath arrived and was a different height measurement to what had been stated online. This meant the bath was no longer suitable. When I tried to organise returning it, I was informed that because the box was damaged, I wouldn't be able to return it and that I would have to arrange a return courier myself and that I would only be refunded 80% of the purchase price. Customer Services said they would phone back and didn't. Very poor returns policy compared to other online suppliers.

I needed to request that my electricity meter was moved due to building work and also requested a refund on my account. Adam S in Team 2 was really helpful and very efficient resolving these matters. Thank you.
