GM have just emailed me 2 weeks after to tell me that i have a parking violation in the car park WHERE I DROPPED THE CAR BACK TO!!!! And they will take another lump from my credit card.

Update: sent an email like myiq.com asked in their response to my review (telling me that a refund was approved) No response from them. Still no refund.

Great range of products but this is my third time to go to place an order and the loaded advantage card points are not honoured at checkout.
I had to contact them twice in the past about this, both times customer service denied i was entitled to the points until i screenshot the loaded offer. Only then were the points allocated to the card.

Very professional service.
Jim and Mike were two gentlemen on the day of our wedding. They worked away in the background and we hardly noticed they were there. They have years of experience which shows in their personable and professional approach.
The communication afterwards was brilliant and we had our video within 2 months eventhough it was over the Christmas period.

Irish customers Do not order from viking direct ie website. I ordered 2 car batteries, they were dispatched on 21st Jan, still no delivery 2nd March. They were dispatched from UK. If i had known this I would not have ordered from their website.
