I just booked an advertised last minute Bali Resort/Azamara Pursuit Cruise package. Normally I would go to my local travel agent and book face to face, but for some reason, I chose to do it all on the phone.
Nathan was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and the whole process was done, probably in the time it would have taken me to go into town, wait at the travel agents, explain my query etc etc. Having some mobility issues, this turned out to be much easer. I now have all my documents to read and a fabulous trip to look forward too.

It’s been a while since my last project so, with a birthday gift needed, I spent an afternoon ‘playing’ with the albumworks program to make two products not tried before: a mug and a poster. Both proved easy and satisfying, even accounting for not having used that part of the program before.
The paperwork/email follow up regarding the progress of my order was fast to appear and now they are ready to share and view! Just as well we are now locked down as I have another book in mind and, Christmas is coming soon too!

I can't say enough about how much I love using this company! Two calendars this time but I think I have had a go at most products over the last 10 years or so. The quality is excellent, the customer service if you need to get in touch is most informative and helpful. And the resulting products are just great. Highly recommended...and I do, often to friends!

I can’t remember how many products I have made using Albumworks over the last ten years. The more I use the program, the more I find to do with it. I love the control and flexibility possible. The finished product is always excellent and the whole process is easy. Customer Service is excellent should one have questions! I have recommended them to many of my friends and family. I have been using Albumworks for around ten years now. The program just keeps getting better and easier to use and the variety of styles is great. Help desk service when I need it is well informed and friendly. Tracking progress of ones order is great and the quality of the work is excellent. I have made many books over the years as well as calendars and flip books. Highly recommended and I always tell my friends about them. Love that you can share your project on line too. Thank you.

I love using album works and love the products I receive back. I have great fun using the program-am a perfectionist and really get carried away with all the possibilities on offer with backgrounds, frames, scrapbook bits etc. So many possibilities and too much time to choose. Have recommended it to all my friends and am always pleased to show my creations! I always seem to find something new to play with each time I make a product too which is exciting
Plus great personal help on the phone or on line when I have had issues.
