It’s ok until there is a problem!!
Everything is ok until something goes wrong. Then you find yourself without any support.
It’s a nightmare navigating the dispute systems.
Get a local trader , pay abit more but it’s worth it.
Avoid being put under pressure in your own home trying to negotiate a claim for extra money from an aggressive person.

Censoring and editing our messages for unexpected reasons doesn't encourage confidence in the usage of this messaging system. It only leads to misunderstanding and stuff ups

It is an easy way to bid for work…
It is an easy way to bid for work albeit a bit high on commissions. Recently payments are taking much longer than usual, not sure why. Last job 11 days ago and still no payment in my account otherwise I would have given 5 star. Phone contact is very difficult (impossible) so hard to get anywhere if there is a problem.
