Love shopping at Ruby Lane. Such interesting pieces. The items are well photographed. Some of the descriptions are just beautiful . The history is so interesting. I can imagine the people who owned the item before me.I love old silver pieces.

I ordered a hardcover book. I recvd an acknowledgment which showed exactly the book I was getting. Instead I got a rather worn paperback. They did refund my money however they stated I made the error. No I didn’t because ThriftBooks sent me an acknowledgment with a picture of what I had ordered and was in the shipment. The error was at their end. I am still dissatisfied with their response.
