Reliable, transparent, fair

I've used this provider for my internet in two cities and both times the experience has been excellent. I struggle to see how anyone had issues with setup (as some reviewers did) because the instructions were clear and simple. Even though they're user friendly, AAISP do a great job of being transparent with the service they provide. I have access to detailed service data and I am genuinely blown away that I get a text alert within 30 seconds when they detect that my service is down. A true gem in a world where most ISPs' customer service is intended to keep people from complaining.

Review of Opodo

Uncoordinated response during pandemic

Despite pretty public statements from my (very well known) carrier on my eligibility for a refund (including an email the day before I phoned to cancel my booking), the official response from Opodo is that I'll have to cancel my booking and essentially hope. For a large travel intermediary like Opodo, I would have expected them to have a much more coordinated response. Opodo have also chosen not to refund their service fee, despite receiving goodwill gestures from the vast majority of service providers on our trip. Fortunately I have insurance that covers global upsets - maybe Opodo should look into this.

Fortunately, Vishakha (who I spoke to on the phone) was very helpful and was able to patiently and calmly explain the situation to me. In the end I am quite confident that I will receive a refund from my carrier after acting on her advice.
