I have been a loyal QVC UK customer for many years, and it remains one of my favourite places to shop. The variety and quality of the products are excellent, particularly across beauty, skincare, fashion and homeware, and the detailed demonstrations make it much easier to make an informed decision before purchasing.

The presenters are knowledgeable and engaging without making the experience feel rushed, and I really appreciate being able to see products properly demonstrated rather than relying only on photographs. The Easy Pay option is another great benefit, especially for more expensive purchases.

Over the years, I have found QVC’s customer service helpful and professional, and the generous returns policy provides valuable reassurance when trying something new. As a longstanding customer, I genuinely appreciate the consistent service, product selection and enjoyable shopping experience QVC UK continues to provide. It is a company I trust and return to time and again.

I made an order online on the 31st of July it is now the 9th of August with no update or estimated time of delivery, my order number is 112886, very disappointing

I've been shopping with qvc for years, they have so much choice, and such great value, also the easy pay installments make it very easy to afford certain items across several months, I would highly recommend Qvc to anyone, customer service are also so friendly and helpful, delighted that they are still delivering to ireland, post brexit

I bought a battery and screwdriver set for my iPhone, in order to replace the existing battery, the set itself wasn't anything major, probably could have bought it a lot cheaper on aliexpress, replaced the battery and it's still the same if not worse considering the phone is only about a year old and have replaced batteries before on previous iPhones with no issues, absolutely not worth the money considering it cost over €40, also it took almost a week to get here, even though it was sent from mayo to Tipp and advertises next day delivery on the website, would not recommend

Excellent, I’ve tried loads of different supplements, these are the best, I actually feel my energy levels increasing and my skin is much softer, would highly recommend

Service is an absolute joke, ordered new fitbit sense, sent to addresspal, last scanned in Dublin and nothing since, so upset and annoyed, was told that I would have to get the SENDER to open up an investigation??? As far as they were concerned the package was delivered to the address, ie Addresspal? Shouldnt it be up to an post to retrace this item???
