I travelled half way around the world to see St Peter's Basilica and I chose Get Your Guide to help me do it. I went to the right place at the right time - and waited for over an hour and a half - to collect my ticket. But Get Your Guide weren't there. I was forced to leave without seeing my dream.
I contacted Get Your Guide later that day, but it took them 10 days to respond to me. They intimated that I was lying, but reluctantly agreed to give me a refund.
I would suggest, if you really want to see something, any other tour company would be a better choice.

My parcel was not delivered to my door, It was left hundreds of metres away on the ground at the communal letterboxes of my complex. Anyone could have seen it there and picked it up. I was just lucky to get it at all. Really bad service.

Great collection of greeting cards that you can personalise! E cards or physical ones, all very reasonably priced and super easy to do. They'll even post the physical ones direct to your recipient. I got a very funny, personalised card for my brother's birthday sent direct to him for less than $10, love it!

I wasted a lot of time trying to learn Spanish with Babel. I was a regular and diligent student. But they simply don't spend enough time reinforcing a concept before moving on. Not bad for vocabulary, but useless if you actually want to speak Spanish in complete sentences. As I now know, there are much better online courses available.

Packages were collected promptly from Perth and safely delivered, as quoted, 5 days later in Melbourne. Insurance was included in the price, which was HEAPS cheaper than Australia Post would have been. You have to love that!

A great website - it was very easy to purchase my cat's prescription medicine from The Animal Pharmacy. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Best of all, it cost me $45 less than it would have if I'd purchased the medicine from my local vet. I'm a delighted customer!

The Deramores Australia website does NOT indicate an Australian company, or that they are based in Australia. I've been waiting a month for my - paid for - goods to arrive. Deramores Customer Service who, like their actual business, are in the UK have told me to keep waiting. When I suggested that the Australian website was misleading I got a very sarcastic response. I have no idea if I'll get my goods or my money back.

Cartridge Sale were significantly cheaper than any other supplier I could find for genuine Canon ink cartridges. Shipping was free - a real bonus - and my cartridges arrived quickly. Great service all round and I'd recommend them to anyone!
