A warning for UK customers: this company is based in Spain, so electrical appliances are supplied with a European (EU) plug rather than a UK plug. Before ordering, make sure you check the plug type in the product specification, It’s worth double-checking before you buy to avoid any surprises.

Warning! By far one of the worst pet insurance companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with, the staff give misinformation and constantly contradict them selves to try and bend the rules so as not to pay out for straight forward and honest claims with no pre existing conditions, which seems to be a favourite get out clause they use. After being a supervisor at the world renowned Ape Sanctuary Monkey World in Dorset and with years of animal care experience, this is by far the worst dealings I’ve had with an insurance company who’s marketing campaign says, Pet Insurance Sucks! They claim to have both yours and your pets best interest at heart? the very pets we try so hard to protect. Be warned! Waggle say they’ve Change It! Indeed they have, they’ve made it worse! if you care about the welfare of your pets and an insurance company that doesn’t Suck! then think very carefully about choosing Waggle. in my humble professional opinion, there are more honourable and professional companies out there to help protect your pets best interests.

I've lost count at the amount of times my mail has gone missing using Royal Mail.

I’ve been waiting 5 days for my parcel to be picked up, every time I’ve complained I’m fobbed of with the promise of collection, this is without any shadow of doubt the worst service ive ever experienced.
My advice! avoid them like the plague.
