Birthday cake was delicious. We wish you were here to help eat it as it’s huge (8 servings size) 😄 Pros - Very light and lemony, with lemon curd in between the layer which is nice. Very fresh and tasty. Also very handy delivery to front door! Improvements - would recommend to have more natural colours as the yellow is very bright!

Quality product quick delivery. Unable to give full review as the baby bangle was a gift and haven’t seen it yet, however “mum” seemed delighted. So glad I could purchase from a Scottish family business as the mum is from Scotland.

Excellent customer service. Airport staff and cabin crew were so professional and caring. Flights were on time. Great transfer service, kept informed at every stage. Agua Azul Hotel was outstanding as always, our 7th year visiting, the Spanish people are so friendly and helpful. Food was outstanding always a great choice. Ideal location for both the old and new town. Will definitely return.

Very good service and delivery. Cord jacket ordered had to be sent back, very poor quality and bottom hem was non existent, just cut material with frayed threads hanging down. Definitely would not recommend this garment.

Always had great service from Hermes along with friendly delivery person

Easy to use website, delivery good, however over the past few years the quality of clothing has deteriorated. Recently bought a dress which is being returned due to extremely poor quality and a top which was not worth its original price. Have been a customer for over 40 years and now don't use it very often due to disappointment.
