Terrible service!
I was informed by email that my delivery would arrive 11/12/17,waited all day,no delivery.
After contacting customer services,I was assured 12/12/17,waited all day,no delivery.
After making further calls to customer services,received a call from local depot on the 13/12/17 & given a delivery Time of between 3pm - 4pm.I returned home from work at 2pm to a “sorry you were out card”.
I completely understand,extra problems & delays are inevitable during the festive period.
However,,,3 days of failed deliverys & terrible customer service is inexcusable.
Truly Shocking Service!!...

I'm very sorry to note the delay in delivery of this parcel.
On reviewing the tracking I can see that although a dispatch notification was sent on the 10/12 which meant that the automated email regarding delivery was sent to you, the item was not recorded into our network until 13/12/2017. The parcel was sent to the local delivery depot early that morning and was sent out for delivery the same day. As there was no one home when delivery was attempted the driver took the parcel to a local Post Office for collection and the tracking indicates that the parcel was collected later the same day.
My apologies for any inconvenience caused.
