Absolutely terrible. Ordered a shirt before the World Cup but still waiting. Correspondence shocking. Every email is the same as the last. I have been given a Royal Mail tracking number from them but don’t even know if this is legitimate as it just keeps saying waiting for delivery. I would not recommend this site to anyone. I’m worried now that I won’t get a refund for the item if in fact I ever receive it.

Received order today. I admit quality very good and happy with goods. I just wish that the company would review their claim of 3-5 working days for delivery. It arrived 3 weeks after order. I think if they were honest regarding delivery times then their customer's would be happier. Yes I would order again but obviously well in advance of when needed.

Exceptional emergency care for our dog who had become acutely unwell. We were given regular updates on his condition. He was treated quickly and appropriately during his stay and then handed over to his own vet.

We flew to Kos from Birmingham. From the moment we arrived at Birmingham to when we returned to Birmingham everything was seamless. There was absolutely nothing to find fault with. We have already booked next years holiday with jet2 and have travelled with them for the past 9 years. Wouldn’t change.
