I have never shopped on the Rackhams website before and I must say that I was very impressed with their service.The website was very easy to navigate, the perfume I purchased was a good price and despatch and delivery was very speedy. Would have no problem recommending them or using them again

This is the 3rd time I have sent gifts using this company, their flowers are beautiful and on this occasion I purchased an orchid as a wedding anniversary gift. It arrived extremely well packaged and in full bloom. The recipient was delighted. The website is very user friendly and despatch and delivery is spot on

Experience was slightly marred by shop assistant advising me that whoever picks up from them does not want you printing your own labels which has made me feel concerned that (a) my parcel may not be collected and (b) may not be delivered

What an asset she is to this company, she spoke to me in a clear and concise manner explaining things as she went along. She needed to contact another area to resolve my problem and promised to call me back when this was done. She was true to her word and rang me back and then processed my sale for me. Inpost is easy to use and very convenient

This fragrance of diffuser from Linea has been my all time favourite for many years. Ordering and delivery were prompt and efficient but I miss having a House of Fraser where I could just nip into buy without incurring any delivery costs

Today was my first experience using Inpost and to be perfectly honest I was very sceptical about how it would work. I cannot fault the system as you are able to check if there is sufficient storage in your chosen drop off before you go and the process at the lockers is very easy with an immediate email to confirm the item has been dropped off. So far so good

Once the ticketing issue was resolved with Omega everything went well .The actual hotel and Mamma Mia the Party was great. Lovely venue, excellent food and great entertainment

This was the first time I had used the Roman site. It was very easy to navigate, I purchased 2 dresses for my daughter. They were a great price in the sale, free delivery is a bonus especially when they came within a few days. I particularly liked that the dresses arrived very well packaged and on hangers. Fit of the dresses was true to size and they were good quality. Would use again
