I did an order on the 23rd July, entered everything correctly , even checked if they ship to Fiji and was surprised they did etc then fast forward to 5th august no update etc so I emailed to find out even though they took my order , accepted my address and even converted to Fijian dollars to find out they don’t deliver to Fiji. So if I didn’t email it would just sit there. I am getting a refund but it doesn’t seem fair to lead customers on that they ship world wide! They should fix their website to stop this unnecessary inconvenience.

Very disappointed this morning, bought a double deal a month or so ago Just to try out the product and got a free lash kit( which is falling apart already
N not worth the $$) and apparently signed up for VIP at $46AUD. Very misleading!
I have canceled my PayPal reoccurring payment and just waiting for this LLC company to get back to me and refund my subscription. What a mess
