I had read reviews previous to ordering and stupidly gave in and ordered a dress for a funeral. Took way longer than expected to arrive and when it arrived it was a skirt and top. I emailed straight away and got a response from “Tessa” then nothing. I have been emailing back and forth for 6 weeks asking for a return and refund. I keep getting the same response which makes me think AI generated. Finally today they send a return label but I’ve to pay as the claim the order is correct even though I ordered a dress and a skirt and top arrived!!!. It’s to be returned to the USA and they claim to be UK based. The clothing itself was just cheap see through shiny material in a clear bag with Chinese writing! Absolutely shocking service. Please do not buy from here and avoid at all costs if you don’t want to be out of pocket! Disgrace of a company!!!!

I called dyno rod after a blocked outdoor drain left my toilet blocked, they were unable to send someone until next day, I tired a few other companies and had not luck ( only 1 toilet in a household of 4) called them back and got a different person on the phone who said they could send someone out the same night.

I’m sure the guy was Joe, he called to let me know he was on his way an hr before, had the problem fixed within 5mins and cleaned out my drain as well as unblocking.

Great service. I do feel for 5 mins work £225 is rather alot, I would say a call out and charge depending on job would be more fair but needed done on an emergency.
