Ordering was straightforward,and the dress arrived well-packaged and before it's due date. The quality of the dress was excellent and was at a great price - although it did require some creases to be steamed out (we expected this do bought a handheld steamer in advance). My daughter loved the dress, and looked stunning in it for her prom. The only thing I'd question regarding this company is their returns policy and overall attitude they've given to other customers. However we've had an excellent experience.

Bought a Win 10 PRO key. They issued a non working key. They replaced it but with a Win 10 HOME key which was no good to me. I requested a replacement but they ultimately refunded it because they obviously couldn't be bothered to put it right. Won't be using again.

Had a great trip to Durham and beamish, booked through Claire in Hull who is fantastic. Had a brand new coach with an excellent driver (Colin), a lovely stay in Holiday Inn Darlington North, with plenty of time in Durham. I'd have preferred an extra hour to spend at Beamish on the second day but other than that the whole experience Caledonian provides was second to none.

The T-shirts (although Gildan which are good quality) are a thinner, lighter option than most similar retailers use. The print quality is average at best, with white print looking decidedly greyer and much duller than expected. The products are much more expensive than some other retailers.

The designs were good, but I don't think I'll be coming back in a rush. I think I'll stick to QWERTEE.

I made my first order based on the "big and tall" availability on the store, and took advantage of the discount code as advertised.

Though I ordered the correct size (according to the size guide) and really liked the design of the product, when it arrived I tried it on, but I couldn't even get one leg into the trousers I'd ordered.

This is absolutely ridiculous, and I'm now out of pocket for the delivery cost of an item that was never going to fit as advertised, and in addition to this the sizes available for this product even going up to the largest would not fit either.

I won't be ordering again based on this. I was previously using Jacamo as all their garments fit perfectly when ordering the sizes advertised. I think I'll be going back to them.

I'd highly recommend boohooman change the advertised sizes due to just how inaccurate they are, and as far as the big and tall advertising goes - it's just not realistic for them to advertise this.

Literally the only thing they got right was quick delivery and decent pricing - though these are irrelevant if you're receiving products that are not fit for purpose.

I'll keep it short... fantastic prices, great and easy to navigate website, great range, plenty of online product info, telephone manner extremely good, and when I changed my mind literally at the last minute my alternate item still arrived in the original timescale. Bike arrived very well packaged and in perfect order, addin items packaged neatly in a box and placed inside the bike box. Even got sime free haribo as a nice extra little touch! Fantastic all round Tredz, and well done, as I'm not easy to impress!
