Leon, the owner, is very friendly & professional & offers excellent advice. I have since ordered 2 Coasters & a Keyring with photos of a friend's dog as a surprise present. Have only recently started using InPost UK to send parcels & have been surprised at how quick and efficient the service is. As the facility is located outside you are not restricted to any particular opening times. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Just booked an Annual Multi Trip Travel Insurance with AllClear. Extremely easy to book & was able to tailor the cover to our exact needs. The cost was amazing and even with Cruise Cover was nearly a quarter of the price of LV Insurance for the same cover. Very impressed.

Bought these for my husband & he absolutely loves them. Bit pricey, but worth every penny as they are so comfortable & helps with chafing. Great variety of colours & prints. This is the first time I have purchased from Avenue 85 & I was very impressed not only with the quality of the product (Ecco ladies walking shoes) but the fast & efficient service. I took advantage of their 'Click & Collect' option which was very smooth & easy. The shoes were exactly as described & were very competitively priced. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. This is the first time I have used Music Magpie to sell DVDs and CDs & found it quick and really easy to use. If you are looking for "top dollar" for your items then you may be better off going elsewhere - but for me this was a hassle-free way of de-cluttering! Instructions were simple to follow and full payment was made the same day that my items were received by them.

I just typed in my postcode and a list of local shops were identified where I could drop off my items for "free collection". All in all an excellent service with money paid directly into my bank account.

I purchased the GTECH Airam & Multi for my mother who was finding it extremely difficult to lift her old cylinder Dyson & in particular to clean the stairs. Having seen the advert on TV with some pretty fantastic 'claims', I decided to look at customer reviews online to see if the products were as good as claimed. Finding nothing but rave reviews I went ahead and ordered & had delivered to me so I could assemble, try it out and then be able to show her how to empty/use etc.

The Gtech website made it easy to order and delivery was made within a few days. The products surpassed my expectations as, despite rave reviews, I was sceptical about the suction power of a cordless vacuum. Both the Airam and Multi were easy to assemble, both light and very powerful. I was very surprised and thankful that the company had provided a partially charged battery for each product so rather than having to wait say 4 hours to charge it was delivered 'ready to go'.

The Airam is easy to manoeuvre, lightweight and has a fantastic suction power. The amount of dust it picked up from my carpet 'after' I had hovered with my Dyson the day before, was unbelievable. It was funny not having a wire trailing behind and the fact that there are no attachments with it - hence the need for the Multi, which comes with all the usual cleaning attachments.

The only thing that I DON'T like - and it is a very small dislike - is the fact that the Multi has a 'Trigger' power button. So you have to keep the button pressed down all the time when hovering. Also the button is placed in such a way that when you pick it up to say, put it away, you can guarantee that your finger touches the power button and starts the thing. Like I say - small things.

I love the fact that the Multi comes with two lights at the front so if you are cleaning in small spaces or under a shelf, the lights help see those dark corners.

Both are easy to empty and clean and each has a panel on the front to show you how much battery life you have left - Green and then turning to Red when due for a recharge. It seems they use Lithium batteries, which means that it holds its charge and only uses the power when you hoover.

Whilst I was road testing them for my mum I mentioned the product to my neighbour who asked if she could try it out before buying! She was totally blown away with the cleaning power and especially the weight - or lack of it!! She is definitely going to purchase these.

It was very hard to hand over these two super machines to my mum, whilst I am still stuck with my old Dyson!!! I have started saving my pennies - yes these products do seem a little expensive but I got my mum a deal through the Gtech website where if you buy the Airam and Multi together you get them both for £299 with a couple of free filters thrown in.

I would highly recommend these products - pure genius.
