I chose this dental Surgury through recommendation , and so glad I did , they are so professional, and I was nervous there would be pain but I promise you it was so easy I had no pain at all , I had 4 appointments whilst there for 10 days . Also had 3 implant amd went back again 8 month later to have the work finished , from the reception staff to my dental surgeon who was absolutely amazing and very kind my experience was 100%, there is also a beautiful little terrace area that do coffee’s milkshske and more on the roof top all free of charge , I met lots of lovely people , you won’t be disappointed its pristine clean , can’t wait to visit again , oh they also collect you and take you back to hotel in luxury

My coordinator has been Basak since 2019 , and I must say she has also become an amazing friend , she always help me make my decisions on what help I need , she is always there to see me when I arrive with flowers and makes sure I have enough snacks , as she knows I don’t like hospital food , in total I have been to Istanbul 4-5 times , I know everyone is different and go for different prcedures , and not all have the outcome they want , but for me I can say nothing bad at all about them , my aftercare has also always been great , if I have a question Basak always gets the Answer I need , food is not fab always comes cold , but the hospital I went to mediistsanbul was nice and clean , staff was alway good to me , and the interpreters was fantastic always there to answer. Every question I needed answered. They also help me with my flight since I get special assistance at the airport. The driver took me into the airport and waited until I went through passport control. he made sure I had everything I needed, of you have a question ask you coordinator, they may not be the quickest at answering but you also must respect they are also very busy , in all 5 star from me

I put a review on here the other day without knowing I done it , but it was more a question, these guys are amazing, I was being impatient so please ignore it , I have tried removing but for some reason it won’t give me the option to delete, I’ve never had any trouble with webbll, always very helpful

My mum was very happy with her Mother's Day card . She said it was the best one she had lol . I didn't agree with postage though £7.95 ridiculous seeing as card only cost me £3
