Scam. Everything is AI slop nonsense. Bought an ac, they sent a fake shipping number like everyone else and then has ghosted me. Gonna have to do a chargeback through my credit card. Low lifes.

Used to be such a breeze. Not only have they've added fees to extort users the site has just changed. I've never had a problem getting a sitter but the last few sits have been arduous and difficult.

I bought a rug and received it after several weeks as expected. I opened it up and was sent the wrong rug. I then called and asked for a replacement and was told one would be sent out ASAP. I then received the rug opened it up and again was sent the wrong rug. I called up and voiced my dismay about my experience. I then was told the rug that I initially ordered was now out of stock an unavailable. I'm not happy with my service from made.com and have no plans to use them again.
