Travelled from Stoke to purchase a tent bundle. I phoned beforehand to check stock levels and Donna put the bundle aside for me. Charlotte served me at the till and was very helpful.

Avoid like the plague. If I could give less than one star I would.

Gravel not delivered on the agreed date. 90 minutes on hold and cut off. Over an hour on live chat to be told it would be 2 days after the agreed date for delivery. No compensation offered just excuses.

Fast and excellent service from Luke and Kerwin. Ordered a guitar and amp, slight problem with the amp but after a phone call the issue was resolved immediately and a collection and delivery of new amp arranged for the next day. Will definitely be using their services again.
