So chose a collection point which turned out it wasn't from the shop owner when I went to collect. Shop owner never took receipt of parcel even though driver took a sly picture saying it was delivered. Walked out of shop and reloaded parcel on back of van.All this and camera cctv footage explained to Evri and all they say is its been delivered. What a joke of a company. If you liked to be messed about and not be able to talk to a representative choose Evri. Lazy and un professional

My car was written off.they give me a lower value than what it was worth even though i disputed and give them proof.they said if i contested it i would owe them a further 37% because i over valued my car at renewal which was over 9 month ago. What a load of rubbish.and the guy i spoke to daniel couldnt even add up. Dont trust this company.Muppets!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DISGUSTING THIEVES
