It’s great to get books made, but the photo quality at Photobox has been reducing over the last couple of years. Even high resolution full frame photos come out as pixelated poor prints. Not surprising considering how quick the upload times are.

Awful. Battersea enterprise has almost tripled the cost by claiming tyre damage that could easily have been there when we picked it up- and we’d got the extra insurance cover. Charged us £330 for a tyre. And don’t respond to emails.
Avoid at all costs. Sixt much better.

DPD delivery Lovepreet is the worst delivery driver ever. This guy, was outside my house, I went out to meet him, asked him his name as he was here to get the parcel- but he denied it and walked off. No one else arrived. Then DPD sends me a photo of my frontdoor telling me I wasn’t in. My man was too busy on his phone! DPD has NO phone numbers to humans. NO WAY OF COMPLAINING. HELLISH AI chatbots- and the phone numbers you ring track your phone and give you a recorded message. I have to resort to Trust Pilot. By the time i get my parcel DPD will have wasted 2 days of my time.

Antonella from Alessi was so helpful in finding a solution to fixing my very old but wonderful espresso maker. And now I can continue to use a Richard Sapper 9090 for the next 30 years!

I always wanted an Eames chair & not being able to afford an original this was the way for me. This red chair looks great in the background of my zoom calls & everyone fights to sit on it.
Stone Butterfly were also fantastic when I had a problem with my chair after 18 months and replaced everything we needed. They couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful.
