Title: Poor Quality and Unresponsive Customer Service

Review: Most of the plants I ordered arrived damaged, rotten, or infested with worms. Two of the plants were completely broken, so I rejected the delivery. The delivery service took the order back, but I never received my refund. The company has stopped responding to my inquiries, and I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of the plants and the lack of customer service.
